Built for multi-school organizations

One record of the school day.
Shared only where it should be.

ClassTrack gives teachers rosters, gradebooks, attendance and behavior notes in one place — and gives guardians a private window into their own child’s progress. Every record belongs to one organization and never leaves it.

Everything a teacher touches in a day

Rosters & classes

Set up sites, terms, subjects and classes, then enroll students with seat numbers and enrollment status.

Assignments & grades

Publish work when you are ready, then record points, letter grades, submission state and written feedback per student.

Attendance

Mark present, absent, tardy, excused or remote by class and date, with minutes late and notes attached.

Behavior notes

Log positives, concerns, incidents and interventions — each with its own visibility setting.

Announcements

Post to the whole organization or a single class, aimed at staff, guardians, students or everyone.

Activity log

Sensitive views and changes are recorded with who, what, when and from where for privacy review.

Students reading together at a table

A calm, honest view for families

Guardians see the children linked to them — nobody else’s. Grades appear only if the school allows that guardian to see grades. Attendance appears only if they may see attendance. Notes appear only when a teacher marks them as shared.

  • Only your own children, never a class list
  • Published assignments only — drafts stay with the teacher
  • Attendance history with absence and tardy totals
  • Announcements addressed to families

Privacy is the architecture, not a setting

Organization isolation

Every student, class, grade and note belongs to exactly one organization and is never reachable from another.

Role-aware access

Organization admins, teachers and support staff each work within what their role allows. Guardians never reach the admin area.

Recorded access

Views and changes to sensitive records are written to an activity trail administrators can review.
